Project for Empty Space is excited to share that we are part of a coalition of artist-centered peer organizations across the country who are collaborating to provide FREE professional development workshops for artists and cultural workers! These programs are run by Springboard for the Arts, a national artist-centered community and economic development organization.
The coalition includes: 3Arts, Artadia, Artist Trust, Baxter St at CCNY, Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts, The Laundromat Project, the Core Residency Program at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, Jerome Foundation, Producer Hub, Queer|Art, Trellis Art Fund, and YoungArts.

Artists Working in Community

Whether you are an artist who already works in community or who wants to start, this workshop will introduce you to methods to clarify your own goals, techniques to ensure successful outcomes for you and your community collaborators, and how to reach out to community organizations and businesses to expand your artistic practice and income sources.
