Join us for Newark Grounds NIGHT FEST on June 26, 2026!

NIGHT FEST returns to Mulberry Commons for an evening of art, music, food, and interactive experiences. Presented in partnership with the Newark City Parks Foundation, the festival brings together artists, neighbors, and families for a celebration of creativity and community.

Visitors can participate in a variety of hands-on activities and creative workshops while engaging directly with artists throughout the evening.

Featured artist Eirini Linardaki will activate Constellation Bench, her large-scale public sculpture inspired by Newark’s many cultures and communities. Fabrics connected to the artwork will create communal picnic spaces, while immersive animations are projected onto surrounding buildings after dark.

As part of Newark Grounds, NIGHT FEST also offers opportunities to explore Newark’s growing public art corridor and experience the city through art, gathering, and shared discovery.
