Join us on July 8 from 4-6 PM for an all-ages watercolor portrait workshop hosted by Shoshanna Weinberger!
About This Event
As part of PES Summer Studio at Ironside Newark, Project for Empty Space is hosting a series of free, artist-led workshops led by past and present Artists-in-Residence. These hands-on programs invite participants of all ages to explore new materials, develop creative skills, and engage with contemporary artistic practices.
Join artist Shoshanna Weinberger for an all-ages watercolor portrait workshop inspired by her Sunset Selfie series. Through watercolor painting, participants will create self-portraits that explore how we see ourselves and how we choose to represent ourselves. Experiment with color, shape, and personal expression to create a unique portrait.
